FACT Administration LLP and its rights holding Members, corporate or individual instructors (i.e. corporate entities other than the designated management members) are not treated as data subjects.

Individuals whose personal information is collected by us as a result of providing the Services to others (rights holding members) will be processed in accordance with our data service and retention policy.
